Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible so you receive your purchases in a timely manner. Below you will find all the information about our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery costs.
1. Order Processing Time
The processing (lead) time for your order varies by product and is indicated on each product page. This time is required for us to prepare your item for shipment (quality check, packaging, etc.). Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping estimates.
Your order's total processing time will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
2. Shipping Origins & Methods
We ship from the United States and offer the following reliable shipping carriers:
- Within the USA: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
- To Canada: Canada Post, UPS
- International Shipping: USPS, UPS, DHL
3. Shipping Costs & Discount Programs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We do not offer free shipping, but we provide the following discount programs:
For orders over $60:
Get a discount (up to $10) when selecting USPS Media Mail (USA only).
For orders over $120:
Get a discount (up to $15) on all shipping methods and carriers.
The final shipping cost and any applied discounts will be visible before you complete your purchase.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and begin once your order has been shipped (after the processing time). These times can vary due to carrier workload, holidays, customs, and other factors beyond our control.

International: [Example: 7-20 business days]
All times are provided in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can use this number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, etc.) to see the real-time status and location of your shipment.

6. International Shipping (Worldwide)
We are happy to ship worldwide to most countries.
The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may be applied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we have no control over them. We cannot predict the amount you may be charged.
7. What If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

Contact the Carrier: They have the most detailed knowledge of the package's location and status.
